Equipment Returns
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number will be given after consultation with one of our techs and determined to be defective. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee on all working items and are required to be in the original packaging with all accessories included. The buyer is responsible for all freight charges on the return. Warranty begins the day it arrives at customer’s location. Returned items must be shipped within one week of RMA number given. A replacement unit will be shipped out via Overnight (on a best effort basis) as long as all conditions are met: Client follows the requisite procedures, returns product within the prescribed amount of time, product is in the condition it was delivered.
Returns will not be accepted on special order items that T3 Systems acquired solely to fill your order.
Warranty
All used/refurbished products purchased from T3 Systems include a 1 Year Replacement Warranty (end-user customers only). All defective items will be replaced as long as all of the RMA requirements have been met. T3 Systems warranties and returns are subject to the discretion of T3 Systems policies.

Less than 1% of the equipment we sell requires the use of our RMA procedure.
Our testing procedure is as follows:
- When received, a visual inspection is done. We inspect everything to ensure product is up to the highest quality that our customers have come to expect when buying from T3. We are proud to say that our inspection team has become experts at identifying counterfeit items which has plagued our industry for the last few years.
- Once the visual inspection is complete, the next phase is to audit the items. This includes serializing, categorizing, and itemizing. We make sure that all components are present in order to fulfill this procedure.
- Next it goes into our technicians lab and put through a rigorous testing method developed by Certified Experts. A stringent analysis of all equipment is then documented and passed on to our inventory management team.
- Once deemed worthy to brand as a T3 item, products are placed in our state of the art, climate controlled warehouse and sold to the End User market with T3 Systems industry leading One Year Warranty.
T3 Systems also offers 2 Year, 3 Year and Lifetime Warranty options as well.
